Content. Product specifications, images and datasheets are provided for information. Indicative data (including calculated fuel consumption and noise values) is subject to confirmation in the formal datasheet and test report for each ordered unit.

Quotations. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, are subject to Incoterms 2020, and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed by contract.

Intellectual property. The KINBOOST name, wordmark and site content are our property. Third-party engine brand names are trademarks of their respective owners, referenced solely to identify the engines we install.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Jinan, Shandong.
