Power that shows up, starts up, and keeps running.
Diesel and gas generator sets across eight power bands up to 2000+ kW. Assembled and load-bank tested on the Weifang production floor in Shandong, then shipped to 60+ countries.

What happens before your set ships.
Your generator is built on a 26,000 m² floor in Weifang, where about 40 people work across three lines: sheet metal, welding, assembly, testing. We are not the largest plant in China and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can show you is the work itself: every stage photographed as it happens, a test report issued against your unit's serial number, and a floor you are welcome to walk before you order.
Customers and EPC contractors are welcome to watch their own set go through the load test before it ships.

Start from the output your site needs.
Eight output bands, one datasheet standard: standby and prime output, fuel burn at 75% load, noise at 7 m, dimensions and dry weight.

Nine engine platforms. One accountable supplier.
From our own KINBOOST badge to Cummins, Perkins, Volvo and MTU-Benz. Every platform is specified, tested and supported by us.
Our own badge, specified and supported directly by us.
Widest parts network across Africa and Central Asia.
Strong on prime duty and high-ambient sites.
Mechanical-governor platforms for simple site maintenance.
The default choice where the end client names a brand.
Compact packages with low fuel burn at part load.
Low emissions and quiet running for urban siting.
High-output platforms for paralleling and continuous duty.
Cost-effective packaged platform on shorter lead times.
Then choose how it ships.
Open skid, silent canopy, road trailer or ISO container. The same engine lineup, packaged four ways.
Three fuels. One production line.
We build diesel, natural gas and petrol sets on the same line and to the same test standard. Tell us what your site burns and we will size the set around it.
Work out the real output
Hot thin air carries less oxygen. Pick your nameplate and site conditions; the reading is the power you can actually depend on.
Every KINBOOST set is load-bank tested before dispatch, and the derate curve in your datasheet comes from the same table you see here.
Reference conditions. Nameplate output is fully available at this site.
How we test and derate →Eight kinds of site. One range of machines.
Each of these punishes a generator set in a different way. Tell us which one is yours and we will specify for it, including altitude derating and cooling margin.

Four things a trading desk cannot give you.
There are cheaper sets on the market. These are the four things you are actually paying for, and each one is something you can verify before you pay a deposit.

One floor, not a call centre
26,000 m² of production floor in Weifang, with the test cells on the same site. You can ask for a video walkthrough of the line your set is on, at any point during production.
Every set is loaded before it ships
A minimum two-hour burn-in at rated load, witnessed and logged, with the report carrying the unit serial number. Not a start-and-idle check on the factory floor.
The documents travel with the machine
Destination certificates, test report, schematics, O&M manual and parts list are closed out during production, not chased after the container has sailed.
Parts and answers after the sale
Wear parts stocked for ten years and dispatched within 72 hours, and a named engineer who stays with your project from the first enquiry through commissioning.
Six steps from your load list to a set on site.
You always know which step you are on and what you receive at the end of it. No stage starts before the previous one is signed off.
- 01
Load list and site conditions
Send the loads, the duty (standby, prime or continuous), the destination port, and the altitude and ambient temperature on site. A photo of the intended room helps.
We confirm the sizing basis in writing before quoting.
- 02
Sized proposal
You receive a datasheet-grade proposal: prime and standby output, derated output for your site, fuel burn at 75% load, dimensions, dry weight and the engine options we recommend.
A document you can put in front of your own client.
- 03
Contract and deposit
Price, Incoterms, lead time and payment terms confirmed in the contract. Deposit received, production slot booked, and the delivery date stated in writing.
A fixed date, not a range.
- 04
Build and load-bank test
Assembly, wiring and a minimum two-hour burn-in at rated load, with voltage, frequency and fuel burn logged throughout. You can attend or watch by video.
A signed test report carrying your unit serial number.
- 05
Destination documents
Where the destination requires conformity assessment, the inspection is booked before the vessel is confirmed, and the certificate pack is closed before the container is sealed.
A document set that clears the port without demurrage.
- 06
Shipment and after-sales
Loading photos, container and seal numbers, then tracking until arrival. Commissioning guidance and a ten-year wear parts stock behind the machine.
One named contact from enquiry through to the first service.
Average first reply: inside 48 hours, in English or French.
Field notes from the generator floor.

Size a generator from the load up: total the running kW, add the largest motor start, pick the duty rating, apply site derating, then choose the enclosure. A repeatable method for 20–2000 kW sets.
Certified for the markets we ship to.
Conformity requirements are set by the destination, not by us. These are the schemes our sets are regularly certified under, and what each one actually covers.

The questions buyers ask before the first order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
One unit. We build to order, so a single set is a perfectly normal order. Freight per unit drops sharply from two sets onwards, because two fit a 40 ft container.
How long is the lead time?
Stock configurations ship in 10 to 15 working days. Built-to-order sets with a named engine or alternator take 25 to 40 days, and we confirm the date in writing before deposit.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T with 30% deposit and balance against bill of lading is standard. Irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 100,000.
What does the warranty cover?
Eighteen months from bill of lading or 1,500 running hours, whichever comes first. Failures caused by the set are ours: we air-ship the part and talk your technician through the swap.
Can you build own-brand machines?
Yes. Your badge, your paint, your manuals and your branding on the controller. Custom tooling carries a minimum quantity, which we quote case by case.
Do you supply spare parts after the sale?
Every set ships with a parts list keyed to its serial number. We stock wear parts for ten years and quote a full consumables kit for the first service interval.
Tell us the load. We will send the specification.
Send the application, the output you need and the destination port. You get back a sized proposal with the full datasheet and a landed price, inside 48 hours.
